How is a Business connection different from Residential?
Business internet or broadband access typically provides higher speeds, greater reliability, and superior customer support compared to residential internet. This enhanced service is necessary for businesses to efficiently handle multiple users, host websites, and facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among employees.
How do I get my Starlink installed?
We provide two installation options for your Starlink equipment: self-installation and professional installation. Self-installation is free, though we cannot guarantee performance with this option.
For professional installation, we offer quotes and utilise our extensive network of trusted partners to complete the installation, regardless of your location. If necessary, a cyclone-rated mount system will be included to ensure the safety of your equipment in severe weather conditions.
How do I order?
Depending on the complexity of your order, consult with our team for a tailored quote that best meets your needs.
What will happen if I run out of priority data on my plan?
All our plans include unlimited Standard Data for inland use. Once your priority data is exhausted, the plan seamlessly switches to standard data. If you require additional priority data, you can contact your account manager to purchase more. For maritime data, please consult our business team.
Why deal with an Australian Starlink Reseller?
Dealing with an Australian Starlink Reseller provides localised customer support, convenient billing options, and expertise in local installations. We ensure prompt assistance and a seamless setup tailored to Australian conditions, enhancing your Starlink experience.

What are your support hours?
The level of support depends on the plan you choose. Our regular plans provide support from 8 AM to 8 PM, while our premium support plan offers 24/7 phone support.
Can the equipment handle the harsh conditions of Australia?
Starlink equipment is designed to operate in outdoor temperatures ranging from -30 to +50 degrees Celsius. The router and power supply are suitable for indoor temperatures from 0 to +30 degrees Celsius. The equipment is hydrophobic and can function in wet conditions, but heavy rain or strong winds may impact the connection, potentially leading to slower speeds or occasional outages.
When does the first payment come out?
Your first invoice will cover both the Starlink service and your selected support package, issued once the service is activated.
If I already have Starlink equipment, can I transfer to you?
If you already have Starlink hardware, you can transfer it to our service for support. When signing up, simply provide us with the serial number of your equipment, and our team will handle the rest.
What is Starlink internet service coverage?
